This is a website designed to facilitate those of us who are interested in being different, and making a difference. There is a lot of soulless and mindless writing in our culture, and in this site I'm interested in publishing the writings of those who have something unique to say. If you write inspired and if you write from your heart, I want to publish you. 

Take note that the published quotes will randomly appear in the 'Do Quote this' column at the top of the page (It changes with each new page upload), 'Bea's Beat' is an alternative news information section, and the rest, I hope, is self explanitory - just read the headings to your right. Melodies in Mind is a radio program that airs on CJSF 90.1 Fm.

 I am a radio host, poet, journalist, organizer and interviewer. I volunteer at the campus and community radio station CJSF, www.cjsf.ca and I do poetry readings in around Vancouver. I am a huge fan of folk music and am an ally for all aspiring folk musicians whom I want to help succeed. I am also a bit of a philosopher and an activist.
