Capitalism is Killing Us All

Isn’t it ridiculous that we have a system of governance that promotes above all else, competition and greed? Is there any wonder then why all of the world’s money trickles into the hands of the most aggressive greedy murdering people in the world, and that they are the ones that govern us.

This is what we need to think about and act against as we continue our collective journey up shit creek without a paddle.

I am starting a campaign that raises awareness in the streets about the dangers of capitalism. We are all prisoners to a system of theft. Greedy capitalism steals all of our natural world resources and produces them into all kinds of consumer goods that we don’t even need.  It takes, takes, takes all for the purposes of profit. It’s all for shareholders in the financial market place. People investing in big companies are looking for a short term profit. And their short term profits are everyone’s long term loss.

Stealing is short term profit too. We take from the planet for temporarily functional goods and services in order to generate more financial power with disregard to the obvious collective poverty that will be resulting in the world of tomorrow as already exists in most countries of the third world today.

Money does not grow on trees, organisms do.

When you rape the earth of it’s bounty it will eventually fail to support the life forms it carries. We, helped by our financial system, kill 3 species every half hour. And some day that extinct species will be us. Considering how we act, that day will be an enormous blessing and cause of celebration for all other life forms on the planet. We humans are very irresponsible earth citizens.

You cannot take forever, you cannot grow forever, you simply cannot.

One day soon I will tap into my inner conviction, which is my inner power, and boldly start carrying a sign around that everyone I meet can read and think about. And it will say, ‘Capitalism Is Killing Us All’. I will have it with me everywhere I go so that we all have equal opportunity to think about it. Because it is obvious once you get it.

People will read it, understand it, and think about how they are being personally killed by capitalism. And if they engage me in conversation, I will personally tell them. Because capitalism is killing us in multiple ways, in what we eat, the air we breathe, the way we travel, the plastics we buy, the computers we work with, and the needy poverty of money, spirit and mind that it deliberately works very hard to put us in.

I will become on overt awareness raiser. A sign will be hard to ignore in an environment with no other hand held signs. We carry signs for protest rallies, but what about carrying signs all of the time? You can attach it to your person in many places to free up a hand. It can be made practical for your daily life practise. The best thing would be to stand in the streets, and to ride on the buses with your signs. Give people the power of perspective.

Generate the awareness that will save us. Help me to make it happen.
