Glenn Chatten, like myself, is a huge fan of Bruce Cockburn music. I saw him at Myles of Beans Cafe doing an excellent job of Bruce Cockburn covers and later asked him if he had any original folk music as well. He does and does it well.

One of the better travelled artists to appear live on the show, Chatten put together a great set of three for Melodies in Mind. He had really great rhythm and was a fun guy to have on. Chatten has already had a certain degree of success in music in around Kingston appearing on many radio programs and getting a lot of notariety. He has personally met Bruce Cockburn on a few occassions and on the show dubbed Mr Cockburn his 'mentor'.
